Collage green

from £70.00

A2 Canvas collage by Andrew

Andrew says:
I couldn’t resist the title for this composition! I wanted to show the GREEN as a bright inspirational setting, a place to relax and reflect. I wasn’t looking for actual definition – or even perfection – just representation of an area that some may recognise. A ‘nod’ to Banksy shows there is a real Banksy artwork close by as a bus starts to climb the hill.

On the GREEN someone addresses a group of people and other people (and a panda!) go about their normal day to day routine.  I used newspaper & magazine cuttings and tissue paper mainly, the finished piece took about 100 hours to complete. I hope you, as the viewer, can imagine your own story in the collage and perhaps draw some Inspiration for something you might like to do.

Thank you.

Andrew.
